It’s important to understand that rhinoplasty is a highly individualized procedure — since no two noses are alike, the surgical approach and complexity vary from patient to patient. As a general guide, the starting cost for primary rhinoplasty (for patients who have not had previous nose surgery) — including procedures such as crooked nose correction or hump reduction — typically ranges from ₹2 lakhs to ₹2.75 lakhs. For more complex cases or revision surgeries requiring rib cartilage grafts, costs typically range from ₹3 lakhs to ₹5 lakhs or more.
